Period of Grace
ticket inspector on train this morning saying that there is now peak time in the evening to a passenger who was unaware of this. Said there was a period of grace but couldn't sell her an off peak ticket now if coming back during peak hours.

Personal Trainers
For my sins, read the 'Fabulous' magazine supplement with the News of the World. On the editor's page, mentioned the Skechers Shape Ups (£89.99). They apparently give you a toning workout while you walk. Calling them 'Personal Trainers' is a nice play on words.
